Our client, is seeking a Highway Programme Engagement Administration Officer to join their team on a contract basis in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support for all transport and road schemes
Managing engagement activities and communications related to highway projects
Organising and attending project meetings, including out-of-hours and occasional weekend engagements
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for transport improvement schemes
Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of highway programmes
Coordinating with stakeholders and the public to facilitate effective project communication
Supporting site visits and engagement events as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on highways or transport projects
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication
Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing project needs
Driving licence (Category B) required
Standard DBS check required
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
