Multi Trader – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Knowsley/Salford/Oldham
Pay Rate: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then will be offered a £34,000 salary
Hours: Full-Time

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join a well-known social housing client of ours. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers high-quality work, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering).

Diagnose job requirements and complete works to a high standard.

Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and industry standards.

Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.

Strong skills in at least two core trades.

Full UK driving licence (if required for the role).

Own tools preferred (company tools may be provided depending on the role).
