ROLE: Sales Administrator
LOCATION: Kettering
HOURS OF WORK: Days
BASIC SALARY: £28K - £32K per annum

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support one of our client’s busy sales team based in Kettering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and supporting the overall sales function.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders and invoices

Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email

Maintain and update customer records within internal systems/CRM

Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics and finance

Track orders and provide customers with updates on delivery times

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting

Handle general office duties as required
To be successful as a Sales Administrator you will have:

Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or office support role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
