Operations and Marketing Assistant

They are now hiring an Operations and Marketing Assistant to support the Operations Manager across administration, events and marketing. About the Role
This is a broad position combining administration, events, B2B marketing and executive support. You will help keep the office running smoothly while taking responsibility for LinkedIn activity, CRM updates and email communication. It is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience across both marketing and operations in a global business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn content, improve engagement and support brand visibility
- Coordinate email marketing through HubSpot, including briefings, newsletters and follow up activity
- Maintain CRM data, update contact lists and monitor engagement
- Liaise with external marketing partners on planned activity
Events and Networking
- Support the planning of client breakfasts, dinners, networking sessions and the annual global summit
- Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, logistics and venue research
- Assist with event communication and follow ups
Administration and Operations
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Assist with client onboarding, billing communication and data accuracy
- Act as a point of contact for office queries, suppliers and basic IT or facilities needs
Executive Support
- Manage diaries and inboxes for two senior leaders
- Arrange meetings, travel and prioritisation support
About You
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot and confidence with email marketing
- Interest in B2B marketing and experience managing LinkedIn content
- Highly organised with strong written communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable coordinating logistics and follow ups
- Professional, polished and confident supporting senior stakeholders
- Enjoys working in a small team where everyone contributes
- Educated to A‑Level standard
