TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to support student well-being, attendance and behaviour. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys helping young people overcome challenges and thrive.
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will:
Support students with attendance, behaviour and emotional needs.
Work with families, teachers and external agencies to create support plans.
Facilitate mentoring, check-ins and reintegration after absences.
Promote positive behaviour and help create a nurturing school environment.The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting young people in pastoral, youth work or care settings.
Be empathetic, resilient and excellent at building trust with students.
Be organised with good communication skills and able to handle sensitive issues.How to Apply:
