We are looking for a detail oriented Asset Data Administrator to support the management and improvement of housing asset data for a large residential portfolio.
Working closely with the Housing Asset Data Analyst, you will collect, validate, analyse and maintain asset data to support investment planning, regulatory compliance and service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:

Owning the collection, validation and management of asset data

Turning data into insight, producing reports on stock condition, compliance, energy efficiency and investment planning

Coordinating stock condition surveys and keeping data up to date and accurate

Challenging inconsistent data from contractors and colleagues

Supporting delivery of a £10m annual investment programme

Maintaining data integrity across asset management systems

Training and supporting users across the service

Responding to enquiries from colleagues, stakeholders and residents

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Previous Local Government experience would be beneficial
