Our client based in Witham St Hughs is a developer of high-quality grass seeds and forage crops, supporting the agricultural industry across the county and beyond.
Due to an increase in workload, they have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join the team as soon as possible!
This is a temporary position, estimated to last for a period of 6 weeks (potentially longer depending upon workload).
The hours of work are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour unpaid break.
The pay rate for the role is £13.75 per hour.
· Process and log orders through pallet network and DHL systems
· Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure accurate documentation
· Monitor shipments and provide updates to internal teams as needed
· Maintain organized records of all orders and dispatches
The successful candidate should have the following:-
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Comfortable using shipping portals and logistics software
· Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
· Previous experience in order fulfilment, shipping or logistics would be advantageous
