Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant to join their team.
The main purpose of this part time Finance Assistant role is to will involve supporting the Finance Operations team with various tasks.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 Pro rata, depending on experience.

This role is part-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 20-25 hours per week. This is flexible for the right candidate although Mondays are a requirement to work.
Reporting to the hiring manager your responsibilities will include:
Processing timesheets received from engineers, including chasing for timesheets not sent in.
Data input of jobs carried out into the Baan system.
Closing of jobs on the system once complete.
Ensure accuracy and integrity in overtime process.
Liaise with colleagues at all levels.
General Annual leave cover for other members of the team where necessary
The ideal candidate:
At least 1 year experience in an admin or finance based role.
High level of attention to detail whilst working through a high volume of work.
Team player.
Sound Excel and computer skills.
Willingness to learn new skills.
