HR Administrator - Crumlin
Yolk Recruitment is proud to be supporting a global technology business in their search for an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their team in Crumlin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established HR function, where you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
Providing HR administrative support across a global function, acting as a key point of contact for queries and stakeholders
Producing regular HR reports (headcount, starters, leavers, absence, etc.) with a high level of accuracy
Maintaining HR systems, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity
Preparing and issuing a wide range of HR correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle
Supporting monthly payroll preparation, ensuring all changes are captured and submitted on time
Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
Assisting with departmental administration, including purchase orders and budget trackingWhat you'll need:
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or currently working towards it)
Previous experience in an HR administration role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
