RECEPTIONIST
A permanent opportunity to join a boutique London law firm based in NW3 as a Receptionist. Acting as the face of the business, you will provide a professional front-of-house service, managing calls, meeting and greeting clients, and supporting day-to-day office operations. RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
Managing the reception area and meeting rooms to support the smooth running of the office
Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and offering refreshments ahead of meetings
Dealing with mainline calls and new enquiries
Carrying out postal duties
Providing ad hoc administrative support to a team of solicitors, using the legal case management system to generate client invoices and record payments
Creating new user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal
Preparing and posting property deeds to clients
Archiving closed client files using Microsoft Excel
Replenishing office supplies
Raising office maintenance queries with suppliers or the Operations Manager, as appropriate
Liaising with the IT Support team to resolve technical queries RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
Having a minimum of 12 months of administration experience
Holding existing UK working rights
Being able to commute to NW3 five days per week
Demonstrating strong attention to detail
Being confident and outgoing
