About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a growing team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months' experience in a similar role who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Conducting searches and handling post-completion matters
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
Supporting the team with general administrative duties as requiredRequirements
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a residential conveyancing or similar legal support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systemsWhat We Offer
