My client is currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key coordination support across the team.

Key responsibilities:
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Manage office facilities, suppliers, and general administration
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes where required
Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) support including translation and written communication
Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Handle invoices, expenses, and general admin processes
Support senior stakeholders with coordination and follow-ups
Assist with company events and internal activities

Previous experience in administration / coordination or similar roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
