This is a busy, customer‑facing role where you’ll manage enquiries via phone and email, process orders, solve problems and keep multiple jobs moving at once. What You’ll Do

Handle customer enquiries from first contact to delivery

Speak confidently with clients, including large corporate customers

Create and follow up quotes

Process orders accurately

Liaise with internal teams to keep jobs on schedule

Stay organised while managing several live tasks
