We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with the potential to increase hours and progress into a permanent, full-time role over time.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Maintaining and updating customer records and databases

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks

Preparing quotes, invoices, and general documentation

Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
