Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join Derby City Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team

Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence

Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials

Take minutes and support the coordination of meetings

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Assist with data collection and general office administration
About You

Previous experience in an administrative or business support role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
