As a Purchasing & Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming calls, visitors, and meeting room coordination
Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and place orders
Maintaining and updating supplier records and bill of materials
Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and resolving queries
Managing returns and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Preparing and collating timesheets for payroll processing
Coordinating services, travel, and accommodation requirements
Supporting despatch processes, including documentation and logistics
Assisting with Health & Safety planning and compliance
Maintaining accurate filing and administrative systems
As a Purchasing & Office Administrator, your experience will include:
Previous experience in purchasing and/or office administration
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using a ERP/MRP system
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
A proactive, self-sufficient approach with strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships
