Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction project based in Battersea. This is a long-term role (2+ years), offering stability and the opportunity to be part of a major project from early stages through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office, supporting project teams with administration, document control, and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the site team, including Project Managers and Site Managers

Manage site documentation, including drawings, RFIs, transmittals, and reports

Maintain accurate filing systems and document control processes

Handle incoming and outgoing site correspondence and emails
-
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions

Support health & safety administration, including inductions and record keeping

Assist with timesheets, deliveries, and site records

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensure the site office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis
Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Administrator / Document Controller within construction

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Experience managing project documentation and site records

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment

Proactive and reliable approach

Experience using document control systems (e.g. Asite, Procore, Viewpoint, Aconex)

Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
