We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Accountancy Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within an accountancy practice and is confident supporting administrative and client-facing functions in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with a Senior Administrator, providing essential day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Administrator

Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation

Handle client communications professionally via phone and email

Process and manage card payments

Assist with HMRC and tax-related administrative tasks

Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with internal procedures and deadlines
Requirements

Essential: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
