Orchard Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly regarded construction business operating across the residential, industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Aftercare Administrator to support their Quality & Aftercare team across Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in housebuilding or residential construction who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
The Role

Manage and track post-handover defects from initial report through to resolution

Coordinate remedial works with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

Maintain accurate records of defects, costs and completion timelines

Schedule inspections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions

Produce reports on defect trends, KPIs and performance
-
Support budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice processing
-
Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For

Experience in aftercare, customer care or administration within construction
-
Ideally from a housebuilding or residential background
-
Knowledge of systems such as Viewpoint (Clixifix advantageous)

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Good IT skills, particularly Excel and Word
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively
