We are currently seeking compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a variety of inclusive and supportive schools in London. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential, particularly those with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities

Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies

Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
-
Monitor and report on pupil progress to teachers and SENCOs

Assist with classroom preparation and general support duties
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting
-
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Skills:
-
Experience supporting pupils with autism (ASC), ADHD, or other SEN
-
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
-
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent)
-
Training in areas such as behaviour management or SEN support
