Proposals Administrator
Location: Cornwall | Full-time | Permanent
Hybrid working - Monday and Friday work from home.

Due to increased demand, they’re expanding their Tendering team and are now looking for a highly organised Proposals Administrator.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll play a key role in pulling together accurate, timely and well-structured quotations and proposal documentation.
You’ll be working closely with multiple internal teams, helping to ensure projects are commercially sound and delivered efficiently from the outset.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the delivery of major projects focused on sustainable water treatment solutions

Coordinating inputs from sales, projects, finance and HPS teams

Compiling reactive service and maintenance quotations using established pricing frameworks

Submitting quotations via client portals

Preparing detailed project costings, including labour, plant and materials

Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all documentation

Building a strong understanding of the company’s engineering solutions and technologies (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or proposals-focused role

Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing stakeholder input

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Experience with D365 would be advantageous (training available)

Exposure to the water industry or reactive maintenance environments is beneficial, but not essential

Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively
