🔧 The Role:

Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders

Reviewing drawings and project specifications

Gathering supplier and subcontractor quotations

Supporting senior estimators with live tenders

Maintaining tender documentation and records

Learning full estimating lifecycle
✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in construction (admin, trainee estimator, assistant level)

Ideally exposure to decorating, interiors, or passive fire

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good IT skills (Excel, etc.)

Ambition to build a long-term career in estimating
