We at Industrial Temporaries are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to work nights and join the team in a fast-paced food production environment.
This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, can meet deadlines, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and weighing to exact specifications

Handling and moving stock, including heavy lifting

Stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory levels

Vacuum packing products to a high standard

Managing and organising chilled storage areas

Carrying out daily stocktakes
-
Decanting boxed poultry into crates for nightly production
-
Working in sub-zero temperatures for short periods
We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliable

Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment

Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Able to work in a cold enviroment.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:00pm to 4:00am
Hourly Pay:
- The hourly pay will be £14.00 per hour, gaurenteened 37.5 hours pay a week.
This is a full-time role for the right candidate, and we are looking to find someone who can integrate well with the team and grow within the business.
