About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established food manufacturing company in Welshpool, who are looking to recruit multiple Hygiene Operatives to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with an upcoming pay increase.
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday)

6:00am – 2:00pm

2:00pm – 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities

Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment

Maintaining high hygiene standards at all times

Following strict food safety procedures

Supporting the production team as required
Requirements

Physically fit (role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting)

Reliable with good timekeeping

Strong attention to detail

Previous hygiene or food production experience is advantageous but not essential
