FM Compliance Administrator - Sedgefield, County Durham. £15 per hour PAYE. £19 Umbrella
Immediate start - 6 month contract
Review and organise existing subcontractor documentation within the eLogbooks system, identifying gaps, duplicates & incorrectly stored files.
Develop a compliance documentation matrix outlining required documentation for each subcontractor & service area.
Audit current records to determine what documentation is present, missing, or out of date.
Rename, categorise, and store documentation in a consistent and logical folder structure to improve accessibility and audit readiness.
Work with internal teams and subcontractors to request and obtain missing compliance documentation where required.
Establish a clear documentation structure, naming convention to support long-term governance of compliance records.
Provide a final structured & auditable document library.
