⭐ About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will include:
Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
Assisting with creative play, outdoor learning, and age‑appropriate activities
Helping with daily routines such as snack time, personal care, and tidy-up
Working closely with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
✅ What We're Looking For
Experience working with young children (nursery or school setting preferred)
A warm, patient, and positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding and child development
A willingness to learn and engage with Early Years best practiceRelevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Childcare or similar).
