Sales Ledger Assistant (Temporary – 5 Weeks)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Assistant to join our client on a temporary basis for a period of 5 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy finance team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end processesRequirements:
Previous experience in an accounts role
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsThis role offers a friendly working environment, convenient location with free parking, and an immediate start for the right candidate.
