Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Rotating or Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
Job Type: Full-time / Temporary to Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) or permanent nights (10pm–6am)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Clean Room Operative to work within a controlled production environment. This is a hands-on, physical role focused on quality, precision, and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Clean Room Duties

Loading tools into trays using simple, easy-to-use machine programs

Checking paperwork to ensure accuracy and traceability

Carrying out quality inspections to identify defects or chips

Verifying quantities before processing
Machine Operation

Operating coating machines (full training provided)

Loading parts into machines for a 5-hour automated cycle

Monitoring processes involving vacuum sealing, heating, and plasma coating
Inspection & Quality Control

Inspecting tools for minute defects or imperfections

Working to high-volume targets (up to 80,000 tools per week)

Maintaining strict cleanliness and quality standards
Storage & Handling
- Transferring completed tools into heated storage areas to maintain cleanliness
