Role: Workshop Operative
Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing as a Workshop Operative
· Assembling valves from machined components
· Carrying out basic functional testing
· Helping out with general workshop tasks like packing and dispatch
· Supporting other processes such as NDT when needed
· Working towards daily targets as part of a team
· Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised
No two days are exactly the same, and as a workshop operative, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Bring
We’re not expecting you to know everything from day one—full training is provided for every workshop operative. That said, it would be great if you:
· Have some assembly or fitting experience (helpful, but not essential)
· Are reliable and take pride in your work
· Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
· Are keen to learn and get stuck in as a workshop operative
· Have basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
