Repairs Contracts SupervisorLocation: Teddington with flexibilitySalary: £44,982 per annumWho we’re looking forWe’re looking for an inspirational and inclusive Contracts Supervisor to monitor and develop a team of multi skilled technicians, suppliers and contractors to ensure our customers receive a stellar service every time. You’ll make sure the team are equipped to identify and resolve repairs cases quickly, keeping our customers happy at all stages of a repair.You’ll need experience of working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. Obsessed with the customer experience, you’ll drive a customer centric culture in your team. You’ll have experience of supervising a team in a busy customer demand-led environment, with the ability to make brilliant decisions and act quickly when things aren’t right, whilst also keeping an eye on our budget.
