Key Responsibilities:

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Assist the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

File project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports.

Coordinate meetings.

Manage project related emails, calendars and communications.

Track project budgets and expenses.

Assist with identifying project risks and support with the development.
Previous Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Previous administrative experience.
