We are delighted to be supporting an established organisation in their search for a talented Group HR Administrator to support them on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be hands on supporting the HR Advisor and Manager with ER, policies, support the payroll department and potentially deal with any queries etc. This is a very busy role within the HR department who support 380 staff members
HR Administrator

Assisting with collating and inputting the monthly payroll for employees across 3 PAYE schemes, circa 200 employees maintaining the Payroll/HRIS.

Administer Monthly pension contributions.

Prepare draft contracts, variation letters, employee references.

HR Admin for onboarding offboarding and preparing offer letters/ salary letters / replies.

Keeping the car park licences correct and insurances database up to date.

PDR and 121 admin.

Administer staff absences and the attendance management process.

Health & Safety admin, DSE’s and Home Working Risk Assessments

Overseeing the HR Shared Inbox
HR Administrator - about you-
-
Solid experience in an HR Admin role, ideally within a multi brand or group structure.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Confident in handling HR Administration

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Based in Grantham the HR Administrator is an office based role, there is no hybrid or remote working offered for this, full time Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday finish 5.00pm This role can start immediately so you must be available for temporary work.
