Grounds Maintenance Operative – Dagenham
Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team based in Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in grounds maintenance who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance across a variety of sites

Grass cutting and mowing using pedestrian and ride-on mowers

Hedge cutting and pruning

Strimming and edging

Leaf blowing and seasonal clearance

Maintaining a high standard of presentation across all outdoor areas

Basic equipment maintenance and daily checks

Working efficiently as part of a small team to complete scheduled tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
