Our client is expanding and are looking for driven, confident Customer Service Advisors to join their busy, friendly team.
You'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls to existing customers, always delivering great service and a positive experience.
What you'll be doing:
Taking inbound calls and processing customer orders
Making outbound calls to offer products or support services
Handling questions on deliveries, products and general queries
Upselling where appropriate
Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through
Working towards clear performance goals
Managing workloads in a fast‑paced environmentWhat we're looking for:
Someone who learns quickly, takes initiative and looks for continuous improvement
A team player who can think beyond their own workload
Strong organisation and time‑management skills
Confident communicator-both on the phone and in writing
Comfortable using computers and telecommunications systemsBonus points if you:
Have great customer service skills
Show empathy and patience
Have strong attention to detail
