Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing orders via phone and email accurately
Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Maintaining accurate records on internal systems/CRM
Supporting the wider sales and operations teams About You
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
