As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring transactions progress efficiently and accurately to support the client experience and success of the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supporting the team with administration and legal matters relating to the sale and purchase of residential property
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of client care
This role will suit you if you have:
At least 3 years of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal
Understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to meet standards
Issuing sale contracts and dealing with enquiries, mortgage redemptions and providing support in all aspects of residential sale and purchase transactions both pre and post completion
Ability to liaise effectively with clients and agents and other third parties involved in the conveyancing process
Knowledge of case management systems and familiarity with use of Land Registry portal, SDLT online submission system and lender portal.
