An Outstanding primary school in Castle Bromwich is looking for a proactive and confident School Administrator to join their team from 13th April until July, with the potential to move temp to perm. This role is Full-Time, 5 days a week.
Role Details:
• Full-time position supporting the smooth running of the school office
• Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
• Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Communicating clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
• Suitable for someone confident, outspoken, and able to work independently
Looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with school systems
• Has experience in general administration work
• Holds a relevant business or administrative qualification
• Can communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
