Sales Administrator Trafford Park £27,000 - £29,000 doe
Working for a leading fashion brand, based in the heart of Trafford Park have a new opportunity for a proven administrator to join their team.
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays growing to a maximum of 30 days with service, on-site parking and flexible working hours between 8am – 6pm.
Duties:

Supporting the wholesale manager and sales rep with all administrative duties for wholesale customers

Receiving orders and processing onto the in-house system
-
Uploading new products and pricing information onto the system and sending purchase orders to oversees factories
-
Supporting marketing administration, by uploading price lists and images onto the website via internal systems
-
Sending samples to customers
-
Supporting sales rep’s by producing quotes
-
Advising customers of stock availability
-
Generating invoices
Essential requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years administrative experience
-
Good literacy and IT skills
-
Excellent standard of written English language with a high attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Professional telephone manner whilst being warm and welcoming
-
Excellent organisational skills with a problem-solving approach to tasks

Capability to prioritise busy workload, manage time effectively and work using own initiative
