Concrete Repairs Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Concrete Repairs Operative to join a growing and well-established team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Location: Caerphilly
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting from £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
The Role:
You will be working on a variety of projects carrying out concrete repairs, including patch repairs, crack injections, and general maintenance of structures. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in construction or a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out concrete repair works to a high standard
• Prepare surfaces and apply repair materials
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
• Previous experience in concrete repairs or construction preferred
• CSCS card (essential)
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
