Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Chiswick, London (Office / Showroom-Based)

We're working with a leading architectural glazing manufacturer recognised for its innovation, quality, and customer service excellence. The business delivers bespoke aluminium glazing solutions to high-end residential and commercial clients across the UK and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong opportunities for career development.
Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Director and wider team within their Chiswick showroom/office. This is a key, office-based role ensuring the smooth running of the sales function, from managing enquiries and coordinating internal processes to supporting events and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the Sales Team with post-sale administration, including issuing finalised orders to clients
Confirming order details between the Sales Team and internal departments
Assisting with managing incoming enquiries and client follow-ups
Maintaining and updating project tracking systems and sales pipelines
Monitoring and encouraging customer feedback and reviews
Supporting onboarding and training coordination for the Sales Team
Managing calendars, holiday requests and travel arrangements
Organising travel, accommodation and logistics for exhibitions, site visits and meetings
Assisting with planning and coordinating events and exhibitions
Handling general administration, including calls, record keeping and CRM updates
Supporting marketing activities such as social media (desirable, not essential)
Job Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience using CRM systems (advantageous)
Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
Based within commuting distance of Chiswick, London
