Customer Service Administrator

Location: Ramsgate
Hours: Monday & Wednesday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay: £13 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and friendly Customer Service Administrator to support one of our clients on a temporary, part‑time basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys customer interaction and has some basic accounts experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email

Providing updates and support to customers

Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Administration:
-
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
-
Filing, data entry, and general office support
Accounts Support:
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service and administration

Basic understanding of accounts or invoicing (desired but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
