So, what will you be doing?
Planning and scheduling daily appointments for service engineers and tanker operatives
Allocating jobs based on engineer availability, location and skillset
Monitoring workloads and helping optimise routes where possible
Updating and maintaining scheduling systems
Ensuring job information and appointment details are accurate
Preparing reports and supporting the wider operations team
Adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent jobs, delays or cancellations
Liaising with engineers and customers to keep everyone informed

Fully office-based role
Salary: Upto £25,000
