Customer Service Advisor
£13.00 – £14.50 per hour Wolverhampton
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in Wolverhampton.
This role involves managing customer enquiries and providing a high level of service across a range of channels.
Key responsibilities:
· Handling inbound customer calls and emails
· Resolving queries and providing accurate information
· Processing customer orders and updates
· Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues
· Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Working hours:
· Monday to Friday
· 09:00 – 17:30
Requirements:
· Previous customer service experience
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Confident using computer systems
· Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
· Professional and customer-focused approach
