About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials usedRequirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar role
Strong skills across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer
