Your Role:
-
You will be providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience at reception, ensuring a professional presence is always maintained.

You will be ensuring the reception and office areas are kept clean, tidy and well presented.

You will be coordinating meeting room and catering bookings while liaising professionally with internal and external personnel.

You will be monitoring traffic and the VIP car park to support building security and operational policy ensuring smooth operational flow.

You will be operating the Salto Access Control System and supporting Teams and meeting room technology.

You will be establishing positive working relationships and supporting general administrative and site-related tasks.
What We're Looking For:
-
Qualifications: You will have GCSEs including English and Maths.

NVQ in Customer Service or Business Administration would be an advantage

Experience: You will have previous face to face customer service experience, ideally within a corporate or head office environment, along with competent use of Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams.

Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly, proactively and with initiative.
