As our Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Developer, you will lead the day-to-day administration, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across the organisation. You will lead and manage internal and external resources to ensure the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs, while managing change requests, system updates, integrations, and user support.
