We here at Siamo have partnered with a leading parts manufacturer in the aviation industry based in Oxon, Oxfordshire who are growing at a sustainable scale, and they are seeking a confident warehouse operative to join their team!
As a warehouse operative your role is to support the day-to-day operations of the workflow, monitor the goods in and out and movement of the products to help the engineers work efficiently.
You will be required to monitor stock levels, pick parts and pack them into suitable areas. If you are a passionate person who thrives within a warehouse environment, we would love to hear from you!

As a warehouse operative you will have the following responsibilities:
Overseeing the goods in, goods out operations ensuring the correct products are moving around the site.
Picking, packing and labelling products for projects
Overseeing stock take and inventory, managing stock levels for projects
General housekeeping duties, maximising storage space and maintaining health and safety standards
Meeting the engineers’ requirements by booking in and out parts to suit their needs
Loading and unloading vehicles whilst recording shipment specifications
Completing basic administrative duties e.g., filing documentation
The ideal candidate for the warehouse operative role would be:
Previous goods in an out experience is advantageous
Previous store person/warehouse experience is essential
Previous material control experience is advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence is highly desirable
A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
