The Accounts Assistant Role
As the Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices

Allocating payments and reconciling transactions

Updating financial records and maintaining internal databases

Assisting with general accounts administration

Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer queries

Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
