Multi-Trade Operative / Handyperson

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Operative. This role suits someone with a solid background across multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling and repairs. The successful candidates will take pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake repairs across multiple trades
Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and suggest suitable solutions
Work in line with current safety regulations and building standards
Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and site teams
About You:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a handyman or multi-trade position
Confident using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong practical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
Able to read and follow plans, work orders, and technical instructions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Own a set of basic trade tools
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Valid CSCS card (Blue CSCS Preferable)
