JOB: Warehouse Operative
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Hours of work:Rotating Shift work (Monday to Friday) Shorter day each Friday!

Pay: £13.86ph

Overview
We are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to support our client’s fast‑paced operation. You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly through materials handling, inventory control, and order fulfilment. Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic are essential.
The Job:

Loading and unloading goods from lorries (manual handling) and completing all associated paperwork

Accurately labelling multiple items in a timely manner

Working efficiently while meeting strict time deadlines

Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues

Picking, packing, shrink‑wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch

Disposing of waste and supporting recycling processes

Conducting equipment checks, basic maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness across the warehouse and factory

Identifying potential safety hazards and reporting them promptly
About you:

Comfortable lifting heavy items as part of daily duties

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills

Fast, accurate, and able to work to targets with a willingness to learn new skills

Good understanding of Health & Safety and site safety procedures
Hours:
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern – candidates must be able to work all three:
-
6am to 2pm (6am to 11.30am on Friday)
-
2pm to 10pm (11.30am to 5pm on Friday)
-
10pm to 6am (5pm to 10.30pm on Friday)
All breaks are paid for.
